This site presents the products and services of C-15 Jeans, a wholesale menswear supplier in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is an information and inquiry channel for business buyers, not an online store: no payment is taken on this website, and orders are agreed at the wholesale counter, by phone or through WhatsApp with our staff.

2. Pricing, stock and product information

• No retail prices are published on this website. C-15 supplies business to business only; wholesale rates are quoted per order in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change with supply costs and quantities.
• Stock moves daily; a product shown on this site may be temporarily unavailable in a given size, wash or colour. Confirm availability before travelling for a specific piece.
• Product photography on this site shows our own stock; colours can render differently on screens, and the garments at the counter are the authority on colour and finish.
• Wholesale terms, minimum quantities and bulk pricing are agreed directly per order. See Business Orders and our retailer network.

3. Orders, alterations and returns

• Orders reserved by phone or WhatsApp are held for a reasonable period as agreed with our staff.
• Free alteration applies to garments purchased from us, as described at the time of purchase.
• Exchange and return of purchased goods follows the terms stated on your receipt or agreed at purchase. Altered garments and bulk orders may carry different terms, agreed in writing at order time.

4. Intellectual property

The C-15 name, logo, tagline ("Think Outside The New"), the original text of this website and all product and campaign photography belong to C-15 Jeans. You may not reproduce this site's branding, photography or content commercially without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site: no attempts to disrupt it, misrepresent it, scrape it for spam, or impersonate the shop through it.

6. Third-party links and services

Links to third-party sites (including WhatsApp, map services and referenced articles) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranties on website content

We keep this site accurate in good faith but provide it "as is". Style guidance in the Journal is general advice, offered freely and worn at your own fashion risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute belongs to the competent courts of Kathmandu.
